GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Below are audio files of meditations used in our weekly Guided Meditation Class. Click to listen or right-click to download for your personal use:

MINDFUL MEDITATION
Wednesdays at 9:00 am, in St. Paul's Small Chapel
Join us to experience the various styles of "guided" meditation. Each session lasts about one hour, and you need not attend all sessions to benefit. Anyone new to meditation will find these sessions helpful, as will experienced meditators. You may bring a pen and journal or notebook for journaling if you wish. There is no cost, but donations help support the work of the Center.

A COURSE OF LOVE
Thursdays at 8:30 am, in St. Paul's Dixon House
A weekly support and sharing group focusing on personal and spiritual growth that uses A Course of Love, Way of Mastery, and other books as discussion guides. For more information on "A Course of Love" check the website: acourseoflove.com. This is a group for those who wish to make a commitment, versus other groups or classes where individuals drop in and out. While not everyone can be there every week, participants are expected to make a commitment to the group process and be part of the community. For more information contact Joanne at mekis@contemporarymysticism.org.

SPIRITUAL SHARING CIRCLE
2nd Thursdays at 6:45 pm, in St. Paul's Dixon House
Throughout human history some individuals have reported spiritual or mystical experiences which science or intellectual reasoning could not explain. Evidence suggests that such experiences continue to occur today and are far more common than generally thought. Our Spiritual Sharing Circle provides a place for interested persons to regularly gather and share their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. If you are interested, please join us on the second Thursday evening each month in the Dixon House at St. Paul's Church in Chestnut Hill. Contact Janet Mather at mather@contemporarymysticism.org if you plan to attend or would like more information.
