Former corporate executive, Jennifer Dickens, knew about stress. For over two decades she held high-level positions, with immense responsibilities, until her body finally warned her with a serious health scare—it said: ”Stop and find a different way, before it’s too late.” After a radical life change, Jenn was introduced to the science of HeartMath—where ancient and modern heart science converge.
Through integrative health treatments, meditation and HeartMath, Jenn discovered a new way to live a healthy, vibrant life founded upon personal and spiritual well-being. Today, she is a HeartMath certified coach and the founder of Awakening Heart Wisdom. Jenn spends most of her time leading workshops and serving individuals as a guide, intuitive and spiritual practitioner. She is also completing a book which is scheduled to be published in February entitled, Awakening Heart Wisdom.
